Pat Warner, MPH
Executive Director
C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospital

Patricia A. Warner is an Associate Hospital Director for the University of Michigan Hospitals and Health Centers (UMHHC) and the Executive Director for C.S. Mott Children’s and Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospitals.  In this role, she is the corporate lead for all Children’s and Women’s Services and provides strategic direction, administrative and operational leadership to multiple services, functions and Hospitals. To assist Mott Children’s Hospital in child advocacy, community outreach and fundraising, she has created a Community Board of Advisors consisting of prominent community leaders throughout southeast Michigan.   Ms. Warner is lead for the $754M Children’s and Women’s Hospital Replacement Project.   In addition, Ms. Warner is responsible for the administration of the Institution’s Community Health Initiative, Women’s Health Program, Social Work and a number of clinical services throughout the University of Michigan Hospitals and Health Centers.

Nationally, Ms. Warner is a member of the American Hospital Association’s Maternal and Child Health Council, a past board member of the National Association of Children’s Hospitals and Related Institutions (NACHRI), serves on the Griffith Leadership Board and is a member of the American Public Health Association (APHA).  In Washtenaw County, she serves as the Chair of the Arbor Hospice Board of Directors, serves as a member of Board of Directors of the Ann Arbor Y, is a member of the Ann Arbor Development Authority.

Ms. Warner received her Master’s Degree in Public Health in Health Planning and Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.


Loree Collett, MSBA, RN

Operational Lead for Children’s and Women’s Hospital Replacement Project

Loree graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Nursing degree and began her nursing career at Sinai Hospital in Detroit. After gaining clinical and leadership skills at Sinai, and having a desire to work in pediatrics, Ms. Collett came to the C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital at the University of Michigan Health System. She began her nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. During her seven years in the PICU, Loree embarked on her leadership career as an assistant nurse manager. Her continued interest in leadership opportunities lead her to the Pediatric Post Anesthesia Care Unit, where she was the Clinical Nurse manager for eight years. While in the PACU, Loree completed her Master of Science in Business Administration degree from Madonna University.  Loree then accepted the Interim Director of Nursing position for C. S. Mott Children’s Hospital and lead the clinical operations for nursing for pediatrics, perinatal and psychiatry services.

In September of 2004, Loree joined the Children’s and Women’s building project team as the clinical nursing lead with responsibilities to be the liason between clinical departments and the architecture team. Loree progressed to operational lead for the project and now is the Administrative Director of Children’s and Women’s Services for C.S. Mott Children’s and Women’s hospital. Loree is a current member of Kappa Gamma Kappa and Delta Mu business honor society.

    We visited the new Mott Children’s Hospital this weekend at the Creator’s Preview-what a beautiful and welcoming place. I was wondering if you have any volunteer opportunities to help move you from the old hospital to the new hospital.

    Wow what a beautiful place, I was at Motts hospital back 1989 1991 with my son who had hepetoblastoma, He now restes peacefully in the arms of Jesus but I am wondering if there are any nurses still there that were there then,,,I know Joanne who is now retired but I remember a beth but anyhow u have a wonderful place there
